Mental health is something that has never been talked about enough at all. I think a question like this should be left until after it is more than quiet whispers with most people unable to find any help before asking for certain details of what can be done to make things better.

Correction, you are not feeling sorry for yourself. You are dealing with an illness that can be difficult to deal with. It causes our emotions to be very active, take care of yourself during that time. Play music that is soothing to your soul. Try to do something that will get your mind on something else.
