Yes, and it's the hardest thing a parent can go through. My son stayed with me the last years of his life, mostly in a drunken fog. He did part time work and one day left to work. The next morning a police officer came to the door to tell me he was dead. I was numb for a long time. Prayers to you 🙏 ❤️

Yes as a child I watched my mom and dad drink and use drugs. I went to family members that raised me. At 13 I started drinking at 16 the drugs. I have time I was clean and I always find myself back to using. My 4 kids never were homeless or hungry do to my addition. But they were physically and mentally hurt. My son because an addict.
