We go to see my kids and some of the grands. But I just can't get comfortable on the road. And the further we go the worse it seems. We even taking it slower and stopping more but not helping yet. And we havent even left Texas yet.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

She gave me some xanax lowest dose. But knocks me out. I need to be awake. We left and am in Nebraska will be in Iowa in couple hours. Stay a day or so. Then onwards...

You might need to ask dr for some meds to help till you feel safe again ,no shame in that.
