My husband uses fish oil and it really helps him

There are herbal supplements for just about everything, and they're kind of expensive. I'm not sure if there is something for ADHD, but I'd look it up on Google. I have ADD and my doctors won't prescribe any stimulants unless I get a job or go to school. They say it's too addicting. I'd rather rely on stimulants than to not be able to focus, remember things or feel exhausted all the time.
