Ask her, just like your asking us. "how do you reduce stress" She be able to answer that question. Whether it be advice or medication. It's up to you if you want to take the medication. She could tell you to Get active. Virtually any form of physical activity acts as a stress reliever, meditate, Laugh more, Connect with others, Assert yourself, Try Yoga, Get enough sleep and keep a journal. Those are just a few things that may help. Good luck talking to her. I'm sure she'll have some good advice.

Doctor will only deal with one thing at a time. Right now it's my balance. Thinks it's an inner ear problem
