I am there have been there. Baby steps there are days I know what needs to be done but can’t get it done. I can’t even push myself. My therapist said write 3 things down you would like to accomplish throughout the day. She said if you get to 1 be happy with that. You accomplished something. Even shower hair was a struggle for me. I will end with I dated a guy so of course required me to bath do my hair shave etc. I said to a friend this hygiene thing is for the birds!!!! Lol

Small step's. Do something good for yourself or something you like to do. Just one thing.

Put on some music you can dance to, then dance, dance, dance. This can help you clear your mind to make some decisions, also will give you some energy.
