I've been studying the vagus nerve that runs from the brain down to the colon. It helps control our mood, as well as many other functions. I encourage you to google vagus nerve stimulation. I've been doing some of the exercises suggested, and it has made a very noticeable difference. I hope this is help to you. 💚
