Anyone Heard Of BWRT (BrainWorks Recursive Therapy)?
Thank you for the offer of support. Only had two sessions so far so I do not know where it's leading. First session more of a rambling talk. 2nd session my homework was to list things I find "hard" and I presume it will take off from there.
