I cried today because the depression wave crashed on me. Thought came up quickly like “this is what your dealing with” flash. Have you been able to stop and feel relief. You must get outside in the light snd in the grass. A dose of whats real ….

Cry it out dear! It releases some of the built up pressure!

It's really hard to stop crying once you start. I'm the opposite, I hardly ever cry. My mom died 2 years ago and I've never cried once. I don't know why. I did wake up crying once after dreaming about my mom. We were arguing in the dream. We had a pretty rocky relationship through the years. Sometimes not communicating for months or years.

It's just a release of your emotions & good to let it out. Bottling things up is no help.

Ask your doctor. You might need a change in medications. You have to be your own patient advocate!
It's your life, and you want to be well!
