I’ve read some articles about people who are little more depressed during the holidays than any other time in the year. Me personally I do feel depression hits me little harder specifically on holidays like thanksgiving and Christmas but just wondering if people feel the same way ?

It’s the lack of sunlight. You can but lights online to replace the sunlight. It helps.

I have family to celebrate with, I will admit this time of the year is harder.
A random thought, don't you have a community centre that put together a nice Christmas lunch that you can attend and be joyful with your community?
