Holiday Depression

Holiday Depression

I’ve read some articles about people who are little more depressed during the holidays than any other time in the year. Me personally I do feel depression hits me little harder specifically on holidays like thanksgiving and Christmas but just wondering if people feel the same way ?

Jimmy I've spent the last five Christmases alone and I've enjoyed them The first one I allowed myself to get into my head ,so I put my teddy's on the chairs for the last few years and I celebrate with them . I know I'm crazy but I enjoy it 😁😂

I know I get more depressed during the holidays especially since I've gotten older and my family has pretty much disowned me in my mother even washed her hands of me for no reason at all but it's going to be okay cuz I'm not going to look down or get sad or nothing too bad I still got to look at it like at least I'm still waking up every morning and doing what I got to do

Yes, I definitely think I also am more depressed around the holidays. Most of my family has passed away or are out of state or we just haven't established a tradition of getting together....
