I'm not asking about regular things such as exercise or healthy habits etc, I mean the general more administrative than healthy things, so for example, I won't live higher than the 4th floor because the temptation to jump would be too high beyond that. I also drive routes that have lower bridges. I keep all my dissecting tools and kit in my car or at work rather than accessible in the house. I pack out my medication for the month in those am pm boxes. Takes long but harder to a bottle all at once.
