Hello Jesse. I know the feeling. 18 years ago, when I went into hospital, I discovered I weighed just 55 kg due to my depression. I was 5'9 at the time. I am now an healthy 10.5 stone thanks to getting my depression under control. Worrying about things can cause many problems with our weight. Talking with your therapist may be helpful. I have lost a lot of weight with my depression. I am 5'8 and I only weigh 115 pounds.. I eat fairly well even though I don't have an appitight.

I have a similar problem. I don't eat much all day and then I do eat dinner. I had bad stomach pain so my doctor ordered an endoscopy and I had the 2 small ulcers that with meds I feel better. Thank goodness for good doctors. I take 2 acid reducers and Sucralfate that coats the ulcers so they can heal.
