I have a similar problem. I don't eat much all day and then I do eat dinner. I had bad stomach pain so my doctor ordered an endoscopy and I had the 2 small ulcers that with meds I feel better. Thank goodness for good doctors. I take 2 acid reducers and Sucralfate that coats the ulcers so they can heal.

I don’t eat much either my weight goes up and down cuz I eat a lot of junk😫. My stomach also feels sick and they have given me meds for gastritis but not working so they are going to scope my stomach and see if I have an ulcer or something else. Do u think u might talk to ur dr about ur stomach like I did?

You are right. When I am depressed, I don't eat much. My sister is an emotional eater, always has been. I have one med. that is an appetite suppressant and one that makes me hungry. Side effects listed.

Some meds cause weight gain. Some ppl lose their appetite like me when they’re depressed. Some of my meds upset my stomach so that can make u not hungry. I don’t know about gaining weight I think some ppl eat too much to cope with their depression possibly. 😊
