If you search for therapist in your area look for Psychology. Com. They do a pretty good job of representing therapists and even focus on their specialties. It is no full proof but a good start.

I have a questions. You ask: Can I do this therapy online? Do you mean this support group? My Depression Team (MDT). If so, this is a free service where every day folks with depression and accompanying diagnoses come together to support each other by posting messages on how we are and responding to others.

I also recommend that you find out if there is a local public mental health service/organization in your area. I utilized them once when I lived in Lincoln NE and it was $10 a session back then.
