I don’t understand the grieving process .. for 20 days I’ve have said the words he has passed away out, loud to people , yet I am still in disbelief that he’s gone.. I look at his pictures and I say to myself how is this possible ? Did you go through that as well ..

It takes time, you never get over it, you learn to accept it and move on

It takes people a different amount of time to grieve from one person to another. I have people grieve and move on in as little as a month, and some take up to 2 years. Try not to rush it, take all the time you need to move on. The pain will ease, but it will never go away. Just in time, you will deal with it better.

What do you mean you have people grieve and move on in a month? And I am now able to say out loud it Henry is dead still can't say without tearing up I'm not able to watch him play his guitar and sing in any videos yet and I'm still not going to bed like a human being but I'm getting better I was able to go to the last place I saw him before he died the place where he hugged me and I hugged him for the last time so that's a step in the right direction thank you 4 year kind words in response
