I need help losing weight. I have tried so many times but i have failed. How do i stay motivated?
Hi there. Unfortunatly losing weight is not easy as exercise with a lot of cardio amd a good diet is required. I usually suggest to the guys and girls I help to make small weekly goals to achieve suck as drink x amount of water of in some cases get into that dress that is just a little bit to small. Even if the goal is not achieved that same goal can be moved over to another week untill it is reached. Short term goals are the best for motivating and keeping your eye on the prise. Stay strong
I'm having the same problem. I've decided to use YouTube and take an on-line 15 minute beginner yoga class, the moves are very simple and easy.
