I’m currently on 100mg of Amitriptyline I’m experiencing nausea on a daily basis and a really dry mouth. Has anyone else experienced similar side effects ?

Yes I take 50 mg I have eat with or it makes me sick bad

I found when I either changed meds, went off meds, or increased dosages I always got nauseous. It should go away. It took about 3-4 weeks for mine to subside (I have a sensitive stomach)

I was on deloxetine had to reduce that then start in the the Amitriptyline building it up so on 100 for almost a week, the problems started after I increased the dose
