I have been dealing with paranoia but I was in a situation where people were actually trying to make themselves look better by putting others down and making them question their own sanity. Think bout didnit just happen or have you been in a relationship of some sort that made you question reality?

Yes! I have. The paranoia was awful and it was noticeable to my close friends. I went back to my dr and he upped my meds and gave me an anti anxiety rx

Thought people were actually talking about me and looking just at me! Had to tell the dr. and the meds were either up or changed!
