Sometimes my anxiety and depression overlap. I don't want people around me when I feel this way. I'm looking for ways to help bring me out of this feeling. This does not happen often, but when it does it's bad usually 3 or 4 days.
I just read about tapping there is a lot of information out there. I am going to read up about it.

Walking with my dog helps me. Or I have been tapping at my pressure points

I have 2 cats. I'm doing therapy with puppies at the VA. They take rescue puppies and socialize them ( that's what I'm doing sit command, stay, down, heel and walk on a leash ). Then they will be trained for service or emotional support dogs for other veterans.
