Over the past few months I've struggled with my appetite, and in turn I've lost a lot of weight and I find it difficult to eat even half of what I used to at a meal. I am looking for suggestions for foods or meals that I could eat that would be easy to stomach but also provide me with nutrients. I'll also take recommendations for vitamins because I think I probably need to be taking some.

I shouldn't say this but marijuana has helped me so much w eating and sleeping.
Chicken both I live on that I canβt keep weight on and have no appetite
Smoothies/juicing. I find when i dont have an appetite its easier to drink something tasty with nutrients. I surf pinterest for recipes for different juices
Add some magnesium supplement too. Were generally deficient, also a good source of omegas for brain functioning.
Get a blender make fruit n veggie drinks thatβs what I do I also take multi vitamins when I have itπΆπβπΌ
I think you should definitely be taking Multivitamins. My preference is the gummy vitamins because they taste good. If you are eating half as much as you use to that really isnβt so bad. Eating homemade pizza & pasta foods would help you put on some weight. When you eat tho try to include good food like fruits & vegetables in your diet. I even suggest you go get a physical done so everything else is in order.
More people would rather be in your position than not being able to loose weight. Consider yourself lucky.
