I have a job that forces me to be around people and interact with them but it's for work and I'm kinda awkward at it
I don't get out much due to the hours I work and not have friends to go out with. Going out alone sucks and not having anyone to hang out with is worse.

Hey dude,
I have always had the same kind of problem as I am an introvert and do not easily know how to make friends . .

I have made some friends over the past few years through goin' through some rough times with some fellow travelers, though, and through our having leaned on each other quite a bit, amigo . .

I also have become acquainted with some others through my attendance at AA, NA, and Nami, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, my brother, and am glad to have made their acquaintance. Why not try attending some support groups, dude, and see what happens as far as making some friends there? . .

Peace, love, and my best vibes to ya, RoBob!! . .

Oh this is aweful for you. My only suggestion would be to get to the doctor ASAP. Your husband needs to take stress leave there is no need for bullying at all.
Hope you get a good result.
