Dont take the benadryl long term. It's bad for you. Good luck from someone who gets 4 or 5 hours on a good night!

2 benadryl and b6 helps me sleep when I'm agitated from depression or mania. Id call the pharmacy and see if 50 mg of benadryl (2 tablets) at bedtime is ok with abilify just to be sure!
