I understand and it sucks. I deal with that a lot. You are not alone.
Last year, I experienced something like this episode that I have never had. I can't crying. Couldn't stop it from happening. There wasn't any one thing I could figure out why I was like this. The tears just kept flowing without cry from me. Mornings are a bad time for me also.Then so it is about 5 pm.
I've heard from people that fighting their depression with all they had only made it worse. I know from myself that if I can just let it happen and meditate on something else, that I am not as bad as I had been.
I will tell you that I do dread mornings and evenings. And it gets old.
Depression doesn’t have to be situational. While a therapist in my corner helps a little, mine is a chemical imbalance I believe, yet my meds stopped working after many years.
My attitude is good. Normal stress with family but not bad off. Gratitude really helps me.
But I’m praying for relief of fatigue and no motivation.
