Sometimes it doesn't seem to work. Is their something that might work better? I get meds from the VA hospital.

Trazadone always gave me a headache when I woke up. I did not think it helped that much either.
Now if I want to take something for sleep I either use melatonin or valerian root. Both are more natural and just help you relax more before you lay down. Hope you can get some sleep and feel more rested soon.😴

I take 50mg of Trazadone every night with 0.5 of klonopan...I fall asleep every time until 6 a.m.but I dont think I would if I was just taking the trazadone.
The klonopan helps me through tbe night.

I also take Hydroxyzine Pamoate 25 MG as needed. Someone told me to try Melatonin but the VA does not prescribe that.
