I've been using the lightbox for a couple of years now and have benefitted from it. I would definately recommend it for depression. Initially I used it for SAD now I use it year round.

I have a light that is suppose to be beneficial to depression. I have been using it for the last few days. I have had a better mood today.

I paid about 30 dollars but I got mine at Walgreens when they were beginning to be popular.

I use a mood therapy light for two hours each day while I read. I definitely think it has helped my depression.
