It is scary to think about the future it's the unknown but at the same time ask your self where is it getting you? The thing you can do is take life one sec or one minute at a time, I no how you feel and no what's it is like, I have the same problem, I just try to live in the moment if the fear and feeling gets to bad I talk to someone, play a game or do something I really like, I try and put my mind and thoughts on something else. Maybe this can help you too.

I had some pretty fearful thinking I use distractions, therapy, deep breathing, you have a choice what you want to think about. I would get outside an enjoy a walk being out in nature daily

For me, therapy has made a big difference. Because I know I have someone I can go to that actually has the means to help me. There are also NAMI support groups, which are free to attend. I have also found that exercise, and hemp oil help with my anxiety. The hemp oil is legal its just the seeds, and is completely natural. People use it to help with pain/anxiety. It has been beneficial for me when my anxiety is at its worst.
