By getting help when you need it and by getting your medication adjusted so that it works properly.

I, too, would like to hear some more answers to your questions @A MyDepressionTeam Member. As I suffer from doing the things you mentioned too often and it hurts so bad to realize that I just had another breakdown. And I just slipped further into this endless abyss of desperation and despair.

I know when I take too much I wake up with a mouth so dry that Ii struggle to take a breath.
