Put your meds in a daily pill box, or somewhere you won't forget to take them every day. Like next to your toothbrush, or your alarm clock. Anything you see every day.

You need to stay on your meds. Going on and off them mixes up your brain signals.. that's why you can't sleep.

I did and I felt depressed when i was on 10mg so he told me to take 20mg. i have noticed that when i forgot to take my meds, i wont be able to sleep at night. i just dont know why.
