Does the worry about getting sick again and questioning everything you do go away? I pray it does

This is a technique I learned off a psychologist when I was in drug rehab. It was to help us through the anxiety of a craving, which are very sudden and very strong. It takes about 10minutes. First you pick a word you find calming. It can be any word.. for example, I chose Ocean. Then you clear your mind the best you can. You picture a colored fog entering your mind. It can be any color you wish. When your mind is full you start picturing your chosen word letter by letter. When the word is spelled out and floating in the fog you start to add other elements. In my example, I would begin to smell the salt brine of the ocean, then the crashing of the waves, then I would imagine I could feel the sun on my face and my toes In the warm sand. You can keep going for as long as you have to. Adding more and more elements. I found, however, that overtime, I didn't need all those excess things. All I needed was to visulize the words and all was good. I hope this has helped you. Any questions don't be Afraid to ask. šŸ˜„

I know. I have to live with worry too. I can rub holes in worry stones. I try relaxation teqniques. Deep breathing and visualization. If you're interested I can teach you my method.
