Im wondering what is going on with me lately. I talked to my shrink about eating and sleeping too much after being on Wellbutrin for a month cause i didnt have these problems before and even though i told him i was doing good with intermittent fasting he just kept repeating about not being able to control my eating after so many years😑he just judged me by my weight instead of listening to me. I had the same problem win I was on antidepressants. The Dr. took me off them and put me on mood stablliser
@A MyDepressionTeam Member I know it, he is a butthole. I wish they could know what it's like. I just hope they will tell me to go off it [which I already have] and I will try to be brave and ask about a mood stabilizer but they will prob treat me like I'm too stupid to know anything 🙁
@A MyDepressionTeam Member i really wish i could but they are the only close shrinks that accept my insurance. I take it in the morning. Im just feeling sad today.
