Need To Diagnose Depression

hi

i need to know if my symptoms are related to depression.

(1) i always feel i dont have any friends and my family doesn't love me , also i dont feel love from anybody
(2) while sleeping i have something that is moving into my body from top to bottom and i dont know what it is
(3) i feel my brain stop working and not have mood all day
(4) feeling cold and have constipation
(5) crying a lot for no reason
(6) afraid of future although i have high paid job, i feel easily jealous and compare… read more

@A MyDepressionTeam Member Hello! Like @A MyDepressionTeam Member I feel like you need to go to a doctor to determine whether or not you are truly depressed or not.

That being said it also "depends" on how long you've had your symptoms that is key to a depression. Like you said crying a lot...for how long? You can start with your pcp and have him/her suggest someone else...maybe you need to see a psychologist to talk to? Or maybe you need to see a psychiatrist to prescribe medicine for you. It all starts with you. You see there is something amiss and you can't ignore that. I did and ended up in the ER after a breakdown. It all started with depression I ignored.
