I use Bachs Night Rescue. Three drops on your tongue and it helps to relax you do you fall asleep. The best thing is it's all natural herbal ingredients so it doesn't interfere with any other medication you're taking. Hope it helps hunnie xxxxxxxxx

I have bad insomnia as well. Mine stems from anxiety and stress mostly. I found that if i sit down about an hour before i go to bed and write down whats bothering me and what i can and cant do about it helps me some.

Melatonin works most of the time for me.

I do this all the time. I just sleep in my recliner with the TV on. When I wake up. I just watch TV until I fall back to sleep. My TV stays on 24/7.
