How Do You Guys Deal With Insomnia? I Am Having Real Problems With Sleeping At Night And It Is Making My Depression And Anxiety Much Worse!

What I mean is do you get up and get active when you can't sleep etc

I have bad insomnia as well. Mine stems from anxiety and stress mostly. I found that if i sit down about an hour before i go to bed and write down whats bothering me and what i can and cant do about it helps me some.

I do this all the time. I just sleep in my recliner with the TV on. When I wake up. I just watch TV until I fall back to sleep. My TV stays on 24/7.
