@A MyDepressionTeam Member. My insurance wont fill PRN prescriptions. My doc had me on ativan QID and 1 PRN. Minsurance coverage defaulted to to 1 tablet QD!!!! It wasnt a mistake. Its the way their system is set up. So my next appt I need to get a script that spells out 5 (five) tablets per day for 30 (thirty) days. 150 (one hundred fifty) tablets. Is that not absolutely ridiculous? He literally has to use numbers and words on my prescriptions. And I need a hard (paper) script every thirty days for my ativan. No refills. That costs my insurance and every taxpayer a fortune. I'm on Medicaid right now. The taxpayers complain about those of us who use Medicaid, they should complain about Medicaid and state regs. When I had private insurance I saw my doctor every 3 or 6 months, depending on my need. Now Medicaid pays him $375 dollars every three months just so his nurse can hand me a piece of paper. I think it is a great misuse of funds. So much more could be done with that money. I've been (relatively) stable for years. Yes, I have breakthrough panic attacks. But no suicide attempts. My self harm has been handled through my community clinic. Sorry for the ramble. Your PRN reference got me on my soap box LOL

Glenn- I was on a combo of Wellbutrin & Seroquel a few months ago-- the Seroquel is known to help anxiety AND depression - but it happened to make me too tired - but if u take it @ bedtime maybe u cud handle it- like I said it's got a component that helps w/ depression but I didn't stay on it long enough to feel that effect--
