Yes, it usually takes a week, up to 4 weeks for the medication to get into your system and start working properly. If you have been on the medication for at least 4 weeks and you are still experiencing these problems or the problems get worse, "Do Not stop taking." But speak to your doctor as soon as possible about the problems so they can adjust your dosage or switch your medication. I am not a doctor but i have personal experiences with issues like this.
