The best advice I ever got regarding this is to go to a bookstore or Amazon and buy a book called Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Myers. Whether you're a fan of hers or not, this book will revolutionize your life. And you can't really read it like a normal book. You have to read a chapter and ponder the information. It allows you to soke in the teachings of that chapter. And it may be a day or two before you're ready to read the next chapter.

I read that book to i found it really helpful as well. She Has other books about anxiety to but Battlefield of the mind is by far the best. The gist of the book is that god does not want you to live in anxiety and fear and you can lay your cares and worries at gods feet and let him worry and take care of it for you. I found this book really helpful
