Does Anyone Else Feel Tired A Lot With Their Depression?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm trying to see if being tired all the time is in fact part of my depression and not from some other physiological Condition. I've been tested on a lot and some problems found which I am under treatment for. But I'm still tired like a zombie! Also has anyone got their energy back and how did they do it?

My niece has depression and the medication she takes helps her sleep. I don't remember the name of it but maybe you could ask your doctor if he could prescribe you a anti depressant that helps you sleep.
