Bi Polar?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

My son has had episodic depression for a few years now where he is perfectly fine in between but the last couple of swings have been different in nature and shorter - not the sadness, tears, withdrawn but he is irritable, annoying and generally louder and does silly things, just not his usual self but not depressed, could it be changing to bi polar? Any help please?

Thankyou, yes I think we'll check in with the psychiatrist again once he's over this bout. He has already tried a couple of mood disorder meds for the depression but got bad side effects from them so hoping something good will work for him soon. Have you found a med that works for your bipolar?
