Ya, they can be a problem. They're basically antihistamines and they aren't good for you. They dry you out and I read something about them and Alzheimer's. I've been on Vistaril which is a prescription antihistamine and I think it dried my sinuses out and I may have a sinus problem now. My eyes are very swollen and I have a headache. The bridge of my nose is swollen too. My glasses leave indentations on my nose. So I see a sinus specialist on 2/13. Wish I could get in quicker. So I'm not a fan of antihistamines like your doctor!

I take 200mg and it really don’t work on me anymore but my dr said to stay on it cause he don’t want me to take over the counter ones

Oleptro, otherwise known as Trazodone is usually used for sleep. It was first developed as an antidepressant but wound up working better as a sleep aid 🙂 Does it work for you? I have to take 150mg of it to work.
