Oh I so know just how you feel, I have had all the symptoms of reacurring depression seems to come on every six months & always as bad, so I’m going to really see what help & support I ca nget, with mental health & finding this group, May really help as for some reason I think it’s just me & nobody can possibley have what I do all the confusstion in my mind, so then I foun this site & hopefully I can be of help to other, 😲🙏
