I use a therapy light, it helps, but doesn't take it all the way away, :( Also, taking a nap in the afternoon, to break up the day..
Hi Cindy, I take vitamin D3 but it's best absorbed along with vitamin K2. When it's sunny I try to make sure to get outside and take a walk. It's supposed to be better for your sleep if you walk in the morning. If you're in a warm climate, which I know your not, it's good to expose as much of your skin as possible for 15-20 minutes. It's good to leave your eyes exposed to the sun but not look at it directly. Same with the lightboxes. They should be set up where they are at an angle to your eyes so your eyes are exposed to the light but again, not looking directly into it ๐
I start working out daily and eating better
Yes. I take loads of vitamin d. I tried the lite but it didn't seem to do much for me. I ride it out.
Yes, and have for years. I use an Ott light which gives natural light where I spend most of my time. I also make sure when the sun is out to get out in it and make sure I face the sun even if it's only for a few minutes. Otherwise I just put up with it until Spring gets here and the days are longer.
