A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I keep putting my emotions first by helping people who need help then when I get hurt then I seem to take it out on the wrong person even though they have nothing to do with it ?????? Why do I do this

Sometimes we do we do this weird thing...taking it out on the ones closet to us i.e. won't leave us Then the take it out any random person who likely won't beat you up!!! Just talking what I've experienced....

I feel we all suffer low self-esteem issues,we don't feel we deserve a better partner but the fact is we we are greatly loved wanted and adored by our creator We are worthy of happy healthy relationships but we MUST deal with ourselves first get the intensive care our souls need before healing comes. We must be good for us before we can be good with a partner!!! Just my belief....!💕

I took DBT therapy thru my counselor and it really helped me understand how to deal with interpersonal relationships. This might help
