I have no insurance so I have no doctor or meds to help and lately I lost work and have no energy to even get up to pick up the house, I force myself on some days but I’m feeling very alone and sad!

My psychiatrist goes by my personal income. I'm on Medicare and normally have to pay 20% at all my doctors but because of my income I pay nothing there for psychiatrist or therapist that I see every 2 weeks.

You should try finding a health clinic that'll go by your income. I'm sure there's gotta be something that help those in your situtation and go by your income..
