What Is Adding People To Your Team?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

What is adding people to your team? And how do you view who is on it? What's the difference when you do add people or others add you to their team? Whether someone is on my team or not I can still see their profile and talk to them so I don't understand the point.

A couple of reasons why for me, 1st you are able to share your own journey with others that may help and be of assistance to similar ones with the same illness as you, 2nd that's really it at the end of the day is knowing your not alone there are others out there that speak the same language as you that understand the darkness the loneliness the anger etc, 3rd Its similar with my recently joining on fb where I wanted to make many friends to give me a sense of belonging to make me somewhat feel that I wasn't alone maybe its an ego thing yet I have made genuine friends on fb and on this network yet I could have a million friends on here and still feel alone and not really knowing anyone

Hi @A MyDepressionTeam Member There are no rules on adding to a team and it's not mandatory. Some members like to add to their team based on similar backgrounds or location, entirely up to you. At the end of the day, who do you connect with would be my advice. Thanks for being here with us.
