I think we all cry at some point in our lives. If you're crying every day that's not good. Find a buddy you can talk to who understands. I am on my 3rd add on antidepressant hoping this one helps. I only cry when I've had enough of my husband's yelling. Then I also get why are you crying, I tell him, then I get you do that to yourself. Or I get you need professional help, like he doesn't? Some people don't understand depression, if they don't have it themselves. Hang in there everyone it gets better! Find a hobby get out of the house take a break from work do what makes you happy. Good luck!

Yes that was me up until about 3 years ago. I was put on nuedex. I was amazed on how I don't cry anymore. The thing is most insurance companies won't cover it. It cost $1000+ a month. My insurance doesn't cover it. I got on a assist program from my doctor's office

I found that I have certain triggers that make me cry. For Many years I suppressed anger, guilt, and fears.

I'm sorry life is not easy, I'm on 2 antidepressants and I just dropped the one. Now I feel kinda
depressed again don't want to do much. Just started feeling this way. Guess I will be going back on my add on antidepressant. Thought it was causing hair loss going to ask my PCP about it. I'm also trying to quit smoking!! Started to cry the other night and stopped myself. Hang in there everyone! I'm also dealing with pain and muscle soreness I sleep a lot. Force myself to get up!!
