I believe God understands. Sometimes he's the only one...

Find places where people can relate, such as this site, hopefully. I'm new myself, here. I need also, to connect to people who understand.

Hi. Look for someone who DOES understand. Have you tried seeing a counselor or therapist? This could really help. I find that sometimes my therapy works better than my meds. It feels so good to just let everything out, not be judged, and be supported. I hope everything works out for you.

I agree with a lot of these fine people about going to God-prayer always helps. as do I agree with the therapy advise=but you cant always find a good therapist when needed. you also have the option of groups like ours here-peers with the same problems who will actually listen helps a lot. i'm a writer so I write my problems out in a poem or a story but that might not be your thing either, what outlet you need is what you'll have to determine on your own. but get ing back to the overall question: when it seems like nobody understands what your going through just remember you've got an illness and others have the same illness somewhere and at sometime in the world; so your not alone with these feelings-your not the 1st to feel alone and you wont be the last.....I know its hard to believe but ive been where your at-I got through it with time and even grew to understand why I felt alone and misunderstood. just do the best you can with what you can find available and pray that's enough for now. but NEVER give up-there is hope out there I'm proof of that jeb
