What do you find helps when suffering from panic attacks x
I try, 7/11 it's where you breath in for 7 seconds and exhale for 11 seconds but do it slowly and close your eyes it should help bring down the heart rate and help you relax a certain amount

Look up somthing called grounding that helps me x
Meditation, my music and head phones up full blast.
