I know only certain people will be able to answer this question. I love getting high, but sometimes if I do it in a certain place or around certain people, I feel extremely anxious and sometimes freak out. Have you guys ever had a bad experience under the influence? How did you deal with it? Any advice for what to do if it happens?
Yes i've had a bad trip years ago, thought I was going to die. I haven't done that shit since lol You eventualy grow out of wanting to get wasted. In the meantime pick your drugs carefuly, and make sure to be in a safe enviroment. Also did you know that recreational drugs can interfere with prescription drugs x
Yes i have. I have threw up/got dizzy or both. I just let my system get it out, then dont do it for very longtime. And when i do it again. Be strict on myself to only do alittle bit each week. Limit myself. And i only do natural things-medical marijuana&drops of same thing. I dont like losing control, and when u hit rock bottom good time to look at diffferent options&stop
@A MyDepressionTeam Member - My mistake, When you used the term "tripping". I assumed that you were referring to psychedelics. And, yes, I know what you mean about weed sometimes causing intense paranoia. It's usually therapeutic, but when it's not, it can make things a lot worse.
@A MyDepressionTeam Member Oh, I'm not taking psychedelics. In this case, I smoked way more weed than I probably should have and went to the mountains. Sometimes going to the mountains is super calming, but the driving can give me anxiety, which it did this time. Usually weed helps with my depression and anxiety, but sometimes it increases my paranoia.
I've been able to figure out which strains affect me well, and in turn, which affect me not so well, and when, or what the circumstances might be. (I also have Asperger's so that affects the way my body processes EVERYTHING from food,to pharmaceuticals--tho I've only JUST THIS YEAR found a doctor that GETS IT, tho I've been yelling about this for years haha--to even natural remedies/medical mmj. It's a process of finding what works, and why, just like everything else, and then being mindful.
