I have triggers that are mostly sound related, but I think there may be a few sight-OCD triggers that may make me depressed and Overwhelmed as well as angry. My parents are hoarders and I've gone through the gamut of behaviors and emotions dealing with that. I'm completely opposite -obsessive clean freak. And it makes me less stressed and depressed if I make things clean.

I have not experienced this, but I suggest you discuss this with a psychiatrist. They are usually more knowledgeable than general practitioners. Take care.

I can say, I've had some extra OCD type activity. If things at work aren't done right or even things at home are off, I find myself getting very anxious. I get this head itch that I do not have unless I'm starting to feel stressed.
