Because I don't have a car, I have to walk to the doctor's and grocery stores. I suffer from Agoraphobia so I wear headphones and listen to music to help. Today my MP3 player wasn't working so I talked to the Lord there and back. When things get hard next time, think of this support group and remember that we are all here for you and supporting you 100%.

I so understand because as I said, I too have Agoraphobia and have to wear headphones and listen to music when I go out. I hope you are having a good weekend. Sending you extra hugs today!

My dog is in American bulldog. He is trained to do deep pressure when he sees me get anxious when I used to go out he would kind of put a barrier in between me and a group of people if I would be showing signs of anxiety. Not a lot of people around here understand anxiety or depression very well. If I have like a melt down or just a panic he really comforts me to the point where I will notice where I'm at I will recognize everything's OK he's amazing my best friend most likely my only friend here. And shopping online that has become the best thing for me . It really give me a sense of independence that I didn't have before. Before I would send somebody else to the store for me but now it's like I can go shopping, so it works well definitely OK to add me to your team !this is a new experience for me. I'm not involved in a lot of groups. But I'm finding this one to be very helpful

I try not to have any contact with the people in the inviorment otherwise if i have to talk to somone my defence magnisim kicks in and i start acting bubbly/tough depending on the situation. My way of not getting hurt..
