Thats me everyday for me. And when I do...its a mission. But once u in the shower. It feels like all bad is going down the drain
Yes, everyday. Most of the time, usually 98% of the time, I would rather be alone, in bed, under the covers and shutting the entire world out completely.
I feel like that all the time too.It just feels like it's just too much to handle a lot of the time.I would really like to find something that I could take that would give me That energy that I want and need to fight through each and every day.
@DixeFox You've shipwrecked yourself on no man's island. You've cast doubt on everything that hasn't happened yet. I'm going to get firm with you Dixie Fox you may not like it...but the all consuming fire doesn't discriminate between you and your mental health issues. It'll leave you as a shadow pattern on the floor. STOP PROJECTING what's going to happen to tomorrow, none of us knows, tomorrow's not here yet. You've been hiding out in home for so long that your becoming part of the furniture the carpet the walls you climb. You've got your blinders on and the ear muffs of despair over your ears. If you have so much mental energy talking yourself into a complete nervous break down...why don't you talk yourself in having a productive day tomorrow. No one's going to hurt you, no one's is out to get you no one's going to steal your food, no one's out to take your life!!!! FOR THY LOVE OF GOD just stop all of this worrying this gnawing on your soul and spirit. Don't question what i've written. Just do it. No excuses! No one can do this for you but you! YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The thing with me is, I want to do these things I'm just not able.
