How Do You Manage Lightheadedness/dizziness Associated To Anxiety?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've suffered generalised and social anxiety for so long aswell as depression. I get many symptoms from anxiety the worse being a lightheadedness/dizziness. Does anybody else get this and if so how do you manage it?

Yes, take deep breaths, look around your environment and try to find something to distract you , I usually look at trees or read signs. When I have an anxiety attack it decreases when I distract my mind with something else.

Yes, sit down or lay down if possible and deep breaths in through the nose and out thru the mouth.. I've blacked out because of the dizziness while out in public so I have a support person accompany me whenever possible.

Sorry they make you dizzy. Try another brand. There are so many now that one should work.
